Quality Managers Forum

The Quality Managers Forum was a day of networking, learning and fun.

40 Quality professionals, 1 bag of spaghetti and a load of sticky tape. What could possibly go wrong? Oh and they could write on their table-cloths too!

The purpose of the day was to reflect and re-set. There was some pre-work, some theory and lots of discussion about how we can all become even more effective when we take time to reflect on our leadership approach; what is working well, and what could be working even better. In the busy-ness of every day. We often forget how important it is to do that.
