Each of our team have been through the challenges and walked in the shoes of the leaders that we work with. We all have our own battle scars and anecdotes to prove it but most importantly the richness of the experience that can be brought into every classroom because of it, is immense.

Surprisingly many organisations still focus on qualifications when looking to recruit. However, if you employ someone with the right attitude and train/coach them to develop the right skills, you are far more likely to secure an employee that is competent, confident and also a strong advocate of your organisation. Diane Stephenson, Managing Director of Everything Solutions has once again achieved international success, this time at a UK Trade and Investment Exhibitions at the British Ambassador’s Residence in Vienna.
Diane was chosen to from a large number of high caliber UK-based companies to promote Everything Solutions’ training, coaching and mentoring services to develop rapidly growing businesses in the Central and Eastern European countries.
Diane took the Embassy by storm during a presentation to international corporate directors including Astra Zeneca, Bristol-Myers Squibb, IBM, T-Mobile, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Kimberley Clark, Carlsberg, Dell, and the Austrian Times Group where she conducted a coaching session through the innovative use of chocolate, balloons and a bra! Afterwards, with their international business spirits lifted, conference delegates approached Diane to seek her expertise and guidance.
“I am absolutely delighted and flattered by the praise and attention I received.” Says Diane, “It just goes to show how the international language of business doesn’t have to be dull to bring brains and braun together.”
The International success of Everything Solutions has grown from strength to strength, following the export of services to Brazil and Diane's prime encounter with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown in 2009.
East Midlands business woman, Diane Stephenson, is flying high after the success of her recent forays into new business territories in both Russia and Brazil.
Despite the current economic uncertainty, Diane’s relatively young business, Everything Solutions Ltd, is going from strength to strength. There appears to be no shortage of demand for her services as both a business and life coach. Everything Solutions specialises in personal and professional development and offers a broad range of services to clients including executive skills training, mentoring and 1:1 coaching. Diane’s mission statement is “to help people be the best they can be” and to date she has helped more than 100 companies and their staff to do just that.
The success of her business, founded in 2007, has been such that Diane has spread her wings and dipped her toe into the international market with the help of UKTI. After approaching UKTI at a trade fair Diane received a £600 grant towards her trip to Brazil and a £500 grant towards the Russia trip. Matched funding of £1,500 was also given as well as expert advice on how to ensure her presentations, amongst other things, were suitable for her intended overseas markets.
UKTI assisted Diane further by conducting invaluable market research on her company’s behalf and set up 1:1 meetings with her specified target audience. All this paid off as Diane returned from her trip with a 12 week coaching contract and several more contracts in the pipeline.
The budding entrepreneur is full of praise for the help and support given to her by UKTI: “I would not have had the confidence to do this on my own. UKTI gave me invaluable help and support and the confidence to get on the plane and get on with it!”

The reception is celebrating businesses who are successfully exporting their services around the world. This is certainly recognition of all the hard work Diane has put into ensuring her business continues to go from strength to strength both here and abroad.
