Incredible things happen when a busy leader has time to think, space to reflect and a confidential space to explore what comes up. Pauline was always very open to new ideas and was constantly challenging herself on how to show up as a great leader. She already is!
I very much enjoyed my sessions with Diane, and found that whether I had structured what I wanted to cover, or more often than not, come with an unstructured ramble of thoughts and examples, I always came out of the session in a more constructive frame of mind. Diane showed me how to make use of standard tools as well as helping me to get clarity in my thinking and a sense of perspective. Much more than a sounding board – Diane identified specific issues and gave useful guidance on how to manage them effectively.
