What an inspirational organisation to work with. The Chief Executive, Christine Alexander, was awesome!
Strong mission, great values and an organisation full of people working incredibly hard and trying to do the right thing.
The challenge was that the organisation, and the demands placed upon it, had grown exponentially over a number of years without a supporting infrastructure to match the new scale of operations. This had resulted in lots of long hours, conflicting priorities, poor focus and staff burn-out.
Transformational change was needed at every level of the organisation. Both in terms of culture, and also in terms of the processes around Strategic Planning, People and Team, Total Quality and Continuous Improvement, New Service Development and Planning and Control. We ran the CCEM Leadership Academy alongside our carefully designed transformational ‘Delivering the Future’ project over two years. The results were mind-blowing.
We have worked with Diane Stephenson from Everything Solutions many times over the last few years. Her input has had a hugely positive effect on our organisation from top to bottom. She has worked with the Board of Directors helping to develop our approach to marketing strategies; she has also worked with individuals within our business who have required additional one to one coaching to aid their personal development. Our organisation has been through a fundamental change programme over the last few years requiring the senior executives to develop business and strategic skills both individually and collectively. Diane has trained, supported, debated with and developed individuals within the team to support them in the requirement of their roles. She has added strength to our business, encouraged confidence within the executive team, equipped the Board of Directors with the skills they need, thus raising our productivity, efficiency and moral. Her input has been invaluable and I would not approach any future strategy for change without her by our side.
