Everything Life

Life Coaching is one of the most liberating processes you can go through in your life. It’s like being stuck in a dark room and someone turning the light on!

Everything Life Have you ever driven to an important event without first checking where you were going or, taking a map? Surprisingly that is how a lot of us live our lives, no clear idea of what we want out of life and how or when we are going to achieve it.

How do you know your life’s journey is taking you to a place you wanted to be? You may even have given someone else your map!

“Take control - even with satellite navigation you need a destination!”

The coaching relationship is unique. Imagine a relationship where the total focus is on you, on what you want in your life and on what will help you to achieve it.

Your coach will help you to identify and understand your values so that you know what has to be part of your life to feel whole

Have you still got things you want to achieve in your life or held a dream but never had the courage or conviction to follow through? Do your beliefs about yourself hold you back?

Your coach will help you explore what is really important to you, where you feel you are now and where you want to be. The coaching process is a holistic approach to ensure balance. However what brought you to an interest in coaching may be around any number of things for example career, relationships, a work/life imbalance, future direction or even a combination of all of these things.

1:1 sessions are usually held over the telephone. Each session lasting for about 45 minutes. We normally recommend 4-6 sessions depending on what you want to achieve through coaching.

The whole process will start with a carefully planned programme designed around you which meets the needs that have been identified and agreed upon. A goal is quite simply a dream with a deadline.

“The most important thing about a goal is having one”
